PLEASE NOTE:
BEFORE SHIPPING OUT A PRODUCT AN INSPECTION ALWAYS OCCURS
Our standard panels are made from 1/8”(3.2mm,0.125”) thick aluminum. But custom thickness can be made as thick as ½". Our sheets of aluminum are rust/rust bleed proof. In addition, the aluminum panel is powder coated and scratch resistant which adds an extra layer of protection.

Color: Keep in mind that variations in browsers and monitors may cause online color samples to look different. As it is challenging to guarantee consistency in the appearance of our online colors across different devices, we cannot assure that the color you see on our screen is accurately represented.
POLICY:
1) PLEASE NOTE: All sizes of panels come with a -1/8” tolerance on both height and width (standard orders only)
2) AlumArt Inc does not accept any returns and exchanges as we manufacture panels per order (as you are able to select size, colour, etc) . Each and every panel is manufactured specifically to meet your project's needs.
3) Cancellations are only accepted when manufacturing of the order has not started.
4) You have 24 hours after receiving the item to report any damages or issues if any arise.
5) AlumArt is not responsible for covering any additional/return shipping costs and any additional charges.
6) All our products are inspected before leaving our facility. Certain shipping precautions are taken, extra protection is added and all necessary steps to avoid any damages are taken.
7) Please contact us directly through email or simply message us through the Etsy messages if you have any questions/issues with your order and someone will respond within 24 hours.
